Brisbane Mini Excavations has limited access rubber track machinery that fits through a doorway or gate at 720mm wide. Our narrow access micro excavator and Cormidi C60 Site dumper have loads of power to complete your job on your small access site.

For sites that have a bit more access we also have a Terex Pt30 Positrack compact track loader at 1250mm wide needing only 1350mm for tight access sites. This mini posi track PT30 is Turbo charged mini positrack which has loads of power to dig and push massive piles of dirt around.

If height is your access problem we have removable

canopies which drop the height from 2300mm to 1700mm.

These sandstone blocks weigh around 300-350 kg. We moved about 100 of these through this Limited access site followed by 20m3 soil. So if you need any material moved, call us we will have a solution for you. Through garages or under carports we have a removeable canopy that reduces our mini excavator height down to 1700m high. Also our mini bobcat is 1750mm high.
